Daytona Blue Pearl ACRYLIC URETHANE Car Auto Paint Kit Review

I wanted Midnight blue for our old 95 Camaro but wife said "I like This one" . It is too blue for me.
I sprayed 3 coats Monday with a gravity HVLP KOBALT gun from Lowes -$58. Bought a Harbor freight$20 junk first, leaked air all over the place never stopped spraying, returned it. Ganged 2 small air compressors together with extra hose and they kept up no problem at 40-60 PSI. I have no experience spraying cars - so I have major orange peel through most of the job and will now have to wet sand 1500-2000 and buff with rubbing compound til it is gone. Hope that works.
I Probably should have thinned the paint with the reducer but didn't want to spend the extra bucks for it.
It stuck well to the factory finish areas with only cleaning with Denatured alcohol and quick sanding. Stuck to primed surfaces too of course.

• Fluids easily removed once they are trapped

Product Description

In the quest for the most advanced concept in floor protection, the talented designers and engineers at MacNeilAutomotive have worked tirelessly to develop the most advanced DigitalFitTM floor protection available today! The WeatherTechFloorLiner accurately and completely lines the interior carpet giving "absolute interior protection "! Digital laser measurements of interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! A patent pending High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material allows for a rigid core for strength while offering surface friction to the carpet, as well as tactile feel to the surface! Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir with further channeling to help minimize fluid movement while driving! Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTechFloorLiner over the door sill...no muss-no fuss! Rear FloorLiners incorporate many of the same design features as the front FloorLiners . Rear FloorLiners (where offered) are manufactured from a proprietary custom blended TPO (thermopolyolefin) that is not only wear resistant, but also remains flexible under temperature extremes. FloorLiners were designed for vehicles with factory carpet installed when manufactured. They will not fit vehicles with vinyl floors unless otherwise specified. Please take your old floor mats out before installing your new WeatherTech floor mats. Please note that the on-screen color representations are not necessarily precise representations of actual product colors due to variance in monitor calibrations.

WeatherTech Custom Fit Front FloorLiner for Chevrolet Malibu, Tan Review

Living in MN, during the winter your carpet and carpeted mats take a real beating with the snow and salt. This product fits perfectly and provides a very good barrier of protection for your carpet. You still have to wipe up the mess from the liner of course but this is quite a bit easier than trying to get the salt and grundge out of your carpets. Highly reccommend these in the snow belt!

MBRP DS9405 4" T409 Stainless Down-Pipe Review

Perfect fit, heavy gauge SS pipe, hanger well attached.
Twice the thickness of Diamond eye pipe, hanger is stainless to.

Purchased Diamond Eye 4" T409 Stainless Exhaust System from another vendor.
In about 1 month, I noticed all their stainless clamps, hangers and muffler started rusting badly.
Took 2 months to get hold of Diamond Eye, then say they their Stainless exhaust system does not come with stainless hardware
never explained rusted muffler. Would not even sell me stainless hardware even though they sell it as an extra on their website.
Diamond Eye said just send back.
Sure easy for them to say spend 3-4 hours to take off their garbage off.
In the process of replacing found this pipe.
Very impressed with this down pipe.

EBC Brakes DP41247R Yellowstuff Street and Track Brake Pad Review

Installed them on a Nissan Pathfinder R50 2004 , including the front rotors. Researched well before buying.
In the beginning I was afraid of overheating. I have used them 1,500 Km so far. They get better with time ( meaning break up time).
Last week almost had a car crash. A small car just crossed in front of me, without looking for upcoming traffic ( they had a stop).
Had to hit the brakes hard, ABS went into action. Loud sound, burnt tire smoke was produced due to friction . I was able to avoid hitting the car. Great buy.
Once you try an EBC product, you will stay with their brand. Good quality products!!!

March 11 2013. After 10,000 KM they were worn out. Quality is very good. With durability, I have my doubts. Car is usually fully weight loaded. Surely that had to do, with such a short life span. Bought another brand for the replacement, and will evaluate vs the other brand when they are worn out. So for the moment, I don't have facts to compare against another brand on the same car and subject to the same conditions. Will update review in the future.
