This curt hitch is made well, very sturdy and easy to install. It sticks out past the bumper though and like most of the competitors for the new accord, looks kinda gross.
The previous generation hidden hitch I had on my old accord was under the bumper and wasn't noticible when the receiver wasn't in the hitch.
