I purchased this pack since I was in the market for a new one. I was sick and tired of the Camel packs where if you didn't empty it completely, god only knew what was harvesting inside. This pack is shear brilliance! It's dishwasher safe, the reservoir can be turned completely inside out to allow complete dryness. The tubing easily detaches allowing easy cleaning. The storage in this pack is all you really need for a solid day hike, bike, canoe, or kayak to name a few activities. It kept everything completely dry, including my iPad. The pressurized bladder allows for easy drinking which is nice. After a long and grueling hike the last thing I wanted to do was exert energy and suck, hoping it had a good flow. I just wanted free flowing water. It was amazing. I could hydrate effortlessly, spray some for my pooch so it was efficient and not wasteful, and spray my face. Lets see a Camel do this.

Finally, what led me to write a review was the customer service! I called late one evening and got one of the founders on the line, he not only answered my question, but provided me with exactly what I needed. I told him I was blown away by this and would rate them up there with USAA and Amazon in the CS sector. The level of service received is barely seen anymore by major brands let alone small companies.

All in all I rate this 5 starts and recommend it to anyone who does activities which require hydration and some storage of personal belongings. I can't wait to take this on my back country adventures this winter!
