Light arrived on time and in good shape. The instructions where clear and easy to follow. The reason for the missing star is due to my particular vehicle model year. These lights where produced for more than one model year and on the passenger side unit it came with two installed harness plugs, one which had to be clipped off (per the manufacture instruction). A bit unsettling to be clipping wires off your new tail lights!! Once clipped I dipped the wire ends in a marine grade silicone sealant to protect it from the weather since on my truck the wires leading to the now amputated plug are under the frame and exposed to the elements. Had the light on the truck now for over four months with no issues.
