AFT 24mm Performance Carb Kit - All Models [TBW0962] This kit is a great kit for engines with a stroker crank (105cc to 110cc). Nice performance and in most cases, its bolt on and go without having to change the main jet. Kit includes the 24mm carb, intake for RACE or PORTED HEAD (intake is 24mm at carb side and 21mm at head side), heatstop, gaskets, FOAM air filter and throttle cable.

These are carbon copies of the Keihin 22/24 mm carbs used on the 1970-1974 Honda CB/CL/SL 100/125 series bikes. They use brass floats and solid brass inlet needles (no rubber tips) and are not affected by ethanol blended gasoline as found in most places in the United States. They use the large Keihin main jets as used in the current PD and PZ series Keihins, and the smaller PC series pilot jets, which can be found online or at any Honda dealer. I own three of these, one on a 71 Honda CL-100 jetted pilot 38 main 100, one on a 73 Honda SL-125 jetted pilot 40 main 105 and one on a XR200 jetted pilot 42 main 115. These carbs work flawlessly and are extremely reliable. These are also adaptable to almost all pitbikes with the Honda style horizontal engines with a simple jet change and the proper intake manifold as this kit illustrates.
