Pros:
+ Quite water resistant.
+ Good size
+ Good price
+ External pocket for phone or keys
+ Really good hook-and-loop closures, plus straps to hold shut.
+ Clean and simple
+ Lightweight
+ No metal to scratch the bike or something that I get too close to, like another vehicle.

Cons:
- No way to lock. You can always open from the side, even if the D-Rings have a lock on them.
- Although they have quick release connectors, you have to put quite a few cable ties on these puppies to hold them steady. Once you get them where you want them, don't plan on being able to quickly take them off.
- In order to really secure these to my saddlebag mounts, I felt the need to cut some slits in the sides to add a couple more cable ties. The bags are so light, they seem to flop in the wind if you don't secure them adequately.

These bags are quite large. Here's all the junk I carry in them regularly:

* First Aid Kit
* Rain Jacket
* Folding stool
* Towel
* Cleaning spray
* Granola bars
* ball cap
* Rain cover
