Good quality leather and nicely lined. Good zipper. I bought a size large, and I am 135lbs, 5'4" tall. It was WAY too big, and it is not adjustable on the sides. The fit was very box-like, so don't expect it to hug your curves. I am a B cup size, so that may be why the fit was way off. I put some grommets on the sides to cinch it in with some leather cording, but the vest still isn't the best fit. As expensive it was, I was pretty disappointed.
