This mirror is just great. Found this mirror on Amazon after I purchased the Doman part. The Dorman part started to vibrate at about 30 MPH, This mirror is just like factory rock solid at any speed and has a gloss finish, It has been many years so I don't recall if the mirror had a gloss finish when I purchased the truck, It does now. One thought when you go to install the new mirror put some rags or foam in the openings leading into the door cavity. That way if you drop a nut it does not go down into the door cavity.
